Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive (Automotive) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with automotive sector clients and customers. The position involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, tracking customer feedback,



and preparing regular reports on service quality and customer experience. The role also includes supporting business relationship management efforts, assisting in retention and upselling initiatives, and representing the company professionally during meetings, calls, and on-site visits.
Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
