Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the influencer marketing team by identifying and researching relevant creators across social platforms, maintaining influencer databases, and assisting in outreach and communication. Daily tasks include coordinating product seeding, tracking campaign deliverables, monitoring influencer content, and compiling performance reports. The intern will help brainstorm creative campaign ideas, support social media activities, and collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.



This role offers hands-on exposure to influencer marketing in the beauty and skincare industry.
Qualifications

- Ability to research and identify relevant influencers, analyze audience profiles, and track campaign performance using basic analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach, follow-ups, and coordination of briefs and deliverables.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing concepts, including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple influencer relationships, deadlines, and reporting tasks.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or simple CRM tools for maintaining influencer databases and campaign records.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, and brand building, with a creative mindset for campaign ideation and content suggestions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Delhi, remain detail-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning.
