Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday reports and analytics across multiple HR functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Advanced/Composite/Matrix Reports, Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Administration and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday reports

• Configure calculated fields and customized reporting solutions

• Support reporting across Core HR, Recruitment,



Workforce Administration, Security, Talent, Performance, Benefits and Compensation

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing reporting solutions

• Gather requirements from HR/business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions

• Develop dashboards, KPIs and workforce analytics

• Establish reporting SOPs, workflows and governance frameworks

• Monitor Workday releases and assess their impact on reporting

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance

• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams

• Lead knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building

Ideal Candidate
