Role: Salesforce Developer – Loyalty Cloud

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to develop, customize, and maintain loyalty management solutions. The candidate should have strong Salesforce development skills and knowledge of loyalty programs, member management, rewards, points processing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure loyalty programs, member accounts, points accrual, redemption, and rewards.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Configure loyalty rules, promotions, tiers, and member advantages.
- Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Salesforce objects, reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects,



and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Salesforce development.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of loyalty programs, points management, rewards, tiers, and promotions.
- Experience with SOQL, Salesforce security, testing, and deployment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or external applications.
- Knowledge of loyalty program configuration and end-to-end implementation.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates with hands-on Salesforce development experience and practical exposure to Loyalty Cloud implementation, configuration, or customization are preferred.
