Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract-to-Hire positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates with the required skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and joining dates.
- Manage candidate documentation, offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining candidate quality.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, and other IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, offer management, and joining ratios.
