Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

12+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions.

Experience managing multi-country HR operations, preferably India and the Philippines.

Robust knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India and the Philippines.

Experience in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BPO, or Shared Services environments is preferred.

SALARY 18 LPA
