The Role

You'll be the day-to-day contact for a group of overseas clients. You'll manage communication, run

client meetings, follow up on deliverables and keep projects moving with our internal teams. You'll often

be the first person a client speaks to, so how you communicate directly affects how they see the

company.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main point of contact for assigned overseas clients, mainly in Australia

•Plan and run client meetings and calls, and send clear meeting minutes and action items

afterwards

•Write professional, well-structured emails to clients every day: updates, reports, clarifications and

follow-ups

•Turn client requirements into explicit briefs for the SEO, ads, design, development and content

teams

•Track deadlines and deliverables so work reaches clients on time and to standard

•Understand each client's business, expectations and communication style, and adjust your

approach to suit





•Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, including complaints, missed expectations,

scope disagreements and delayed approvals

•Build long-term client relationships that improve retention and lead to new opportunities

•Keep client records, notes and communication logs up to date in our internal systems

•Raise risks, escalations and client concerns with management early

Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in client management, account management or client coordination

(required)

•Experience working with overseas clients (Australia, UK, US or Canada preferred)

•Proven experience running client meetings and managing ongoing email communication with

clients

•Experience handling client escalations, complaints and difficult conversations
