In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** Stress Testing & Forecasting Analytics team sits within the CFO Organization and is aligned to support Global Markets Business. Stress Testing & Forecasting Analytics team is responsible for executing the quarterly baseline and stress forecasts across various businesses within Global Markets. The team is also responsible for developing expertise and enhancing the forecasting models. The team needs to engage with senior stakeholders across the firm to conduct review and challenge meetings on quarterly basis with respect to the forecast results. The data and infrastructure needed for the forecast process is also owned by the team. There is high regulatory involvement given the key role the team performs in the CCAR process, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Stress loss forecasting etc. **Job Description*** We are seeking a technically strong individual to support the Global Markets (GM) Stress Testing Platform within Global Business Services (GBS). The role is responsible for supporting the QFAP/R forecasting platform, which underpins critical regulatory and internal forecasting processes including CCAR, ICAAP, Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP), and quarterly stress testing exercises. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, production support, automation, and enhancement of Global Markets forecasting models and infrastructure. The position requires strong technical expertise in R programming, platform support,
data management, analytics, and software development practices, along with an understanding of stress testing and forecasting processes within a Global Markets environment. The role will partner closely with Forecast Analysts, Model Developers, and US-based stakeholders to ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the forecasting platform. The individual will also help drive modernization initiatives leveraging emerging technologies including GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, workflow automation, and analytics tooling. **Responsibilities*** + Support the day-to-day management of the Global Markets QFAP/R forecasting platform. + Implement, integrate, and support forecasting models developed by quantitative and business teams. + Execute and monitor quarterly forecast production cycles supporting CCAR, ICAAP, RRP, and internal stress testing exercises. + Manage platform readiness activities prior to forecast execution cycles. + Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technology and business stakeholders. + Maintain production support procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation. + Coordinate code promotions, release activities, and environment management. + Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational risk. + Maintain audit-ready evidence, technical documentation, and change records. + Adhere to model governance, change management, and software development controls. + Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards and risk-management requirements. **Requirements*** **Education*** Qualified Masters in a Quantitative Field from Tier I/II institute with relevant experience in Stress Testing and Forecasting Analytics in Global Markets environment and organization of similar scale Certifications If Any - MCA / CFA / FRM / Qualified Certification certified candidates would be preferred - Strong Programming Knowledge (R or Python) preferred **Experience Range*** 6+ years with at least 2+ years' experience in Global Markets Stress Testing/Forecasting Analytics role **Foundational skills*** + 6+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk Technology, Quantitative Platforms, or Financial Analytics. + Strong programming experience with R, including development, debugging, code optimization, and production support. + Experience supporting analytical or quantitative platforms in production environments. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and deployment processes. + Experience working with large datasets and data-processing workflows. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. + Strong verbal and written communication skills, and personal ability to collaborate, operate, and communicate effectively with a culturally diverse group of peers and colleagues. + Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization and significantly multi-geography, multi-cultural offshore service delivery environment. **Desired skills** + Strong proficiency in R programming (preferred). + Experience with GitHub, Git workflows, and modern software engineering practices. + Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools. + Knowledge of Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
