Would also include Sales and Business Development visits as and when required.



+ Identifying prospects for service business, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation. + Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the company's products & services and reporting the same. + Collection of spares & service payments and statutory forms from the customers in region. + Report generation: Spares & Service business, field complaints report & analysis etc. **_Your Experience Should Be..._** + B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering + Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in commissioning, overhauls, servicing, trouble shooting of Process compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal and Diaphragm) / Blowers and associated systems. + Experience in customer interaction. + Good understanding of industry's best practices and commercial knowledge. + Positive communication skills (both verbal & written).
