Experience: 1+ years in FMCG Sales
Salary: Up to 6 LPA We are looking for an enthusiastic Channel Sales skilled with experience in the FMCG industry to manage assigned channels, support sales growth, and ensure effective market execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Achieve budgeted secondary sales targets and drive DMS with proper fulfilment.
• Coordinate with ASEs / DSMs, promoters, and merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits as per the assigned route plan and ensure effective outlet coverage.
• Monitor daily Bill Cut (BC) and Line Cut (LC) performance and improve team productivity.
• Ensure Distribution Excellence based on the population index,



targeting 150 active outlets per lakh population.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives and visibility programs.
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure adequate product availability.
• Minimize product damages and maintain damages below 2%.
• Analyze market performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve sales and distribution. Required Skills * Strong understanding of General Trade / Channel Sales
* Knowledge of Distributor Management & Market Execution
* Good communication and coordination skills
