Job Description

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to health care standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and documenting clinical observations accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosages and timings to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Deliver wound care with attention to detail, promoting healing and preventing complications.
- Offer basic life support in emergency situations, responding swiftly and efficiently to stabilize patients.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation,



ensuring all patient interactions and care activities are recorded accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care instructions.
