ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an AEM Developer who can own the full Adobe Experience Cloud stack — not just build the website, but connect it to the tools that run marketing on top of it. You'll develop components, templates and back-end services in AEM, and integrate them with Adobe Campaign/Marketo for email marketing, Adobe Target and Analytics for personalization and reporting, and CRM systems for customer data — giving marketing teams one connected, self-serve platform.

Component Development: Build reusable,



authorable AEM components, dialogs and client libraries using HTL, Sling Models and the Core Components framework. ▪ Backend: Develop OSGi services, Sling Servlets, schedulers and custom workflows in Java on the AEM platform. ▪ Templates & Content Architecture: Create editable templates, content and DAM structures, and configure permissions, tagging and multi-site (MSM) setups. ▪ Content Querying: Write productive JCR-SQL2 / QueryBuilder queries against the Oak repository and use appropriate indexes for performance. ▪ Headless & Integration: Deliver content via Content Fragments and the GraphQL API, and integrate third-party / internal REST APIs. ▪ Marketing & CRM Integration: Connect AEM with Adobe Campaign/Marketo for email campaigns, Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization, Adobe Analytics for reporting, and CRM systems for lead and customer data sync. ▪ Deployment & Performance: Manage builds with Maven and Git, configure Dispatcher caching, and support deployments across author, publish and Cloud Manager pipelines.
