We are seeking an International Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, where they will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing top-notch service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities

- Handle international voice calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
