Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center, and COPA.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Work on SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Perform configuration, testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Handle integration with SAP MM, SD, and other modules.
- Perform data migration, reconciliation, and master data management.
- Provide production support and resolve user issues within SLA.
- Prepare project documentation and conduct user training sessions.
- Work with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and business processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related issues and provide effective solutions.
