We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of International Voice and Chat Process in our Sales and Technical Support team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or related fields who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with inquiries regarding sales and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.




- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Basic technical knowledge related to the products/services being offered.

* CTC: Up to ₹34,000/month

* Take Home: Up to ₹28,000
