- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Gather business requirements and provide HR process solutions.
- Work on implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Perform system configuration, testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support integrations, data migration, and user management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and production support.
