Role Summary

Lead the technical design, development, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related modules.

This is the technical/development-oriented Oracle role, unlike the three functional roles above.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Manage:
- Planning
- Technical design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment

- Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Design and develop integrations using:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Middleware

- Develop/customize Oracle Fusion solutions using:





- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI
- Fast Formulas

- Lead data migration/conversion using:

- FBDI
- HDL
- Other Oracle tools

- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure coding, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Mentor junior technical consultants/developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Support post-go-live activities.
- Maintain technical design, integration, and customization documentation.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years Oracle applications experience.
- 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Tech Lead experience on 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Robust expertise in:
- OIC
- BI Publisher
- OTBI
- REST/SOAP
- FBDI
- HDL

- Strong:

- SQL
- PL/SQL
- XML
- JSON

- Security setup.
- Role-based access.
- Oracle Fusion data security.
- Technical leadership and mentoring.

Preferred

- Healthcare industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
