Marketing Manager – Affordable LAP / Prime LAP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities for Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) / Prime LAP products.

The role involves managing a team, driving field marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining connector networks, onboarding new connectors, and generating quality leads through relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), Tax Consultants, Property Dealers, and other relevant referral partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong field marketing and lead-generation experience within the NBFC, Banking, or Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team responsible for field marketing and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to support business growth.
- Identify and build relationships with potential connectors and referral partners.
- Visit and engage with CAs, Tax Consultants, Property Dealers, Real Estate Consultants, and other channel partners.
- Explain the company’s loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and processes to potential connectors.
- Onboard connectors officially and develop long-term relationships with them.
- Generate qualified leads through the connector network and ensure regular business flow.
- Track connector performance, lead generation, conversions, and overall productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits to expand the connector network and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events,



and customer/partner engagement programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, onboarding, and business targets.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, connector onboarding, leads, conversions, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Development, Channel/Connector Management, or Lead Generation.
- Candidates must have experience in NBFC, Banking, or Insurance.
- Prior experience with ATL/BTL activities is preferred.
- Strong experience in field marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in connector/channel partner onboarding and management.
- Experience dealing with CAs, Tax Consultants, Property Dealers, Real Estate Consultants, DSA/DSA networks, or similar referral partners will be highly preferred.
- Experience in LAP, Affordable LAP, Mortgage, Secured Loans, Housing Finance, or related financial products will be an advantage.
- Prior team-handling/people-management experience is mandatory.
- Robust communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and networking skills.
- Ability to work extensively in the field and develop a strong local partner network.
- Candidate should have a stable and continuous employment history with no frequent job changes.
- Any graduate with relevant experience can apply.

- Has a strong network among local CAs, Tax Consultants, Property Dealers, and referral partners.
- Is comfortable with extensive field visits and partner meetings.
- Can independently build and manage a connector ecosystem.
- Has a proven track record of generating leads through field/channel marketing.
- Can lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets.
- Understands the LAP / secured lending ecosystem and the customer acquisition process.
