Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Relationship Officers for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank for Housing Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP) and MSME loan products.
The role involves direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, business generation, loan documentation, customer relationship management and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source customers for Housing Loan, LAP, MSME and secured loan products.
- Generate business through direct market sourcing and local networking.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups and customer conversion.
- Collect and coordinate required loan documents.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain proper sales reports and customer records.
- Follow bank policies, documentation standards and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage / LAP / MSME / Secured Loan sales.
- Candidates with Affordable Housing / Affordable LAP / MSME experience will be preferred.
- Candidates from only Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loan backgrounds or freshers should not be considered.
Candidate Profile
- Solid direct market sourcing experience.
- Good understanding of loan products and documentation.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Good local market knowledge.
- Driving Licence and own vehicle may be mandatory for applicable locations.
- Relevant employment and relieving documents should be available.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience, last drawn salary and location.
