Requirements – CNC Drilling Machine Operator

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Drilling Machine Operator, preferably in steel fabrication or heavy engineering.
- Valuable knowledge of CNC drilling machine operation, setting, and programming.
- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and understanding drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, hole patterns, and fabrication details.
- Knowledge of drilling, tapping, reaming, and other machining operations.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, drill sizes, speeds, feeds, and machine parameters.
- Ability to make necessary CNC program modifications and corrections.
- Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, and other inspection instruments.
- Ability to achieve high accuracy, productivity, and minimum scrap.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, discipline, and machine maintenance.
