About the Opportunity
Medoralink is a rapid-growing healthcare solutions provider in India, delivering high-acuity patient care across urban and semi-urban critical care units. We partner with hospitals and specialty centers to staff, train, and deploy skilled ICU nurses who ensure optimal outcomes for critically ill patients. Our focus is on clinical excellence, structured protocols, and seamless handovers in high-pressure environments.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver round-the-clock critical care to ICU patients including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration.
- Perform continuous assessment of patient vitals, document clinical changes, and escalate critical deviations to physicians.
- Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment including infusion pumps, ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans, manage alarms,



and respond to code blue emergencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards per NABH and hospital policy.
- Participate in shift handovers, patient education, and family communication with empathy and clarity.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have:

- ICU nursing experience
- ACLS certification
- Ventilator management
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Infusion pump operation
- Code blue response
- NABH compliance
- EMR documentation

- Preferred:

- CCRN certification
- ECMO support exposure
- Tele-ICU experience
