Job Description: RnM Manager

Location: Wardha/Pune

Role Summary

Lead R&M; operations to ensure productive facility management, cost control, process compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

- R&M; Operations & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to R&M; processes and performance metrics; maintain audit score ≥ 85%

Ticket Resolution (TAT)

- Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA

Inventory Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing wastage and costs

Cost Control

- Manage R&M; cost per bed within budget

Customer Satisfaction

- Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective issue resolution

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations

Team Training & Retention

- Train team members, drive performance, and ensure high engagement/retention

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s in Facilities Management / Business or related field
- Experience in facilities/R&M; operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, inventory & cost control
- Good stakeholder management & communication skills
- Leadership and team handling capability
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
