Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience managing a CRM such as Zoho, preferably in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong experience with CRM governance, data management and change control.
- Comfortable with testing, rollback planning and system releases.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and personal-data handling.
- Experience managing external vendors/contracts and data-handling requirements.
- Robust ownership mindset and willingness to escalate when governance or security rules are at risk.
