About the Role

Medico Workforce is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join its technology team and contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.
- Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
- Integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical planning.
- Work with AWS and cloud-based application environments.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Follow secure coding, version-control, testing, and software development best practices.




- Contribute to technical architecture and continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant software development experience.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or an equivalent qualification.
