Your day‑to‑day activities will involve deep‑dive consultations to understand each student’s academic background, career aspirations, financial considerations, and personal preferences. Based on this insight, you will curate a shortlist of programs and institutions that best fit their profile, providing data‑backed recommendations and answering any questions they may have.

Beyond counseling, you will play an active role in the application workflow. This includes reviewing and refining personal statements, CVs, and other supporting documents, ensuring they meet the standards of target universities. You will also coordinate with external partners such as test‑preparation providers, visa consultants, and university liaison officers to keep the admission timeline on track. All interactions and progress updates will be logged in the company’s CRM system, where you will generate regular reports for internal teams and senior management.

Effective communication is critical. You will engage with students through multiple channels—phone calls, emails, and video conferences—maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. By delivering timely, accurate information,
