About the Role
Circle Health is seeking detail-oriented healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Documentation team as Medical Scribes.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers in the United States, assisting with real-time clinical documentation, medical record management, and ensuring accurate patient encounter documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
Prepare and update clinical notes within EMR/EHR systems




Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
Capture diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions
Support physicians and care teams with documentation workflows
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of records

Eligibility
Registered Nurse (RN)
Pharm D Graduate
MBBS Graduate
Other healthcare graduates with relevant medical scribing experience may also apply

Required Skills
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong listening and documentation abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
