Job Summary

Lead the technical implementation and deployment of an AI-powered insurance product for enterprise clients. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery—from understanding client needs and configuring solutions to managing integrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-deployment stabilization
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients—conducting demos, clarifying requirements, and managing expectations
- Configure the product to meet client-specific needs and integrate it with their existing systems (e.g., CRM, core insurance platforms)
- Collaborate closely with Product,



Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Troubleshoot technical issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers
- Mentor and guide junior implementation engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and PostgreSQL
- Proven experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications—preferably on Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Sound understanding of application architecture, system integrations, logging, and monitoring
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies—including LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, and document processing workflows
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the insurance or financial services domain is a strong plus
