Job Opening: Residential Life Coordinator – Student Engagement & Experience

Location: Hostel‑based, residential role
Mode: Student‑facing, field‑oriented (evenings & weekends included)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

? Key Responsibilities

- Engage with hostel students, build approachable relationships, and address concerns.

- Plan and facilitate activities: sports, cultural events, workshops, movie nights, and recreational programmes.

- Support new student integration through orientation and peer/buddy programmes.

- Develop Hostel Ambassador networks for peer support and activity participation.

- Capture feedback on hostel facilities, food, cleanliness, Wi‑Fi, recreation, and safety.

- Encourage student‑led clubs and communities (sports,



culture, career, innovation, wellbeing).

- Coordinate with wardens, mess, maintenance, and student affairs for smooth operations.

- Maintain evening and weekend presence to support residential engagement.

? Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate degree in Engineering/Technology, Pharmacy, MBA/Management, M.Com, or M.Sc.

- Experience in student engagement, hostel/residential activities, youth development, sports, cultural programmes, student clubs, mentoring, or institutional events preferred.

- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and community‑building skills.
