Role Description:
This is a full-time remote Recruiter role, focused on supporting hiring needs through a consultancy arrangement with a monthly remuneration of 15k. The Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Daily tasks include conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, and providing regular status reports to internal stakeholders or clients. The Recruiter will contribute to improving recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and promoting an inclusive and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications :
• Solid skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting using multiple platforms and networks.




• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer follow-up.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfort with remote work tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic data reporting on recruitment activities.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of fair, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and commitment to inclusive recruitment.
• Previous experience in agency or consultancy recruitment is preferred; experience recruiting for multiple roles or clients is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
