Sainik Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Developer to expand our business operations across Uttar Pradesh, focusing on the private and corporate sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, acquiring corporate clients, and expanding our security and manpower management services across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire recent clients from private companies, corporate offices, industries, factories, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and commercial establishments.
* Generate business opportunities for security guards, manpower supply, housekeeping, and facility management services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR managers, administration heads, procurement teams, and business owners.
* Conduct market research,



identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
* Prepare business proposals, participate in client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve business development targets.
* Develop strategic plans to strengthen Sainik Security Services’ presence across Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in security services, manpower management, facility management, or B2B business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client acquisition skills.
* Knowledge of the private and corporate sectors, with an established professional network preferred.
* Willingness to travel across Uttar Pradesh as required.
