Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, and maintaining employee records. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Ghaziabad, with some work-from-home flexibility as business needs allow. Responsibilities may include helping draft and update HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration,



organizing employee engagement activities, and assisting with basic personnel management tasks. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn HR best practices in a cybersecurity-focused organization, and contribute to maintaining a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in building a career in HR.
• Ability to support HR Management tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and basic HR operations.
• Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to help maintain documentation and support compliance.
