UI/UX Design

• Help design wireframes, mockups and prototypes for web and mobile screens in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Work with developers to turn designs into working interfaces and check that the built version matches the design.
• Run basic user research, such as surveys, competitor reviews and usability tests, and share what you learn.
• Keep the design system up to date: components, colour palettes, typography and icons.
• Make sure designs are responsive, consistent and accessible.

Graphic Design

• Create social media posts, banners, ads, presentations and other marketing visuals.
• Follow brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
• Design brochures, flyers, infographics and email templates when needed.
• Do basic photo editing and image retouching.
