Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Faridabad. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present relevant solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads,



maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the account management and technical teams to ensure accurate information is shared. The role also involves tracking customer interactions in CRM tools, following up on leads, and supporting sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline.
