Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospect Research:
 Identify prospective clients within assigned regions and collect accurate contact information.
 Research and maintain lead databases, including contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
 Regularly update and expand the prospect database to support outreach activities.

2. Cold Calling and Client Outreach:
 Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services professionally.
 Build rapport, identify client needs, and assess potential business opportunities.
 Arrange meetings, presentations, or follow-up discussions when appropriate.

3. Email Communication and Follow-Up:
 Prepare and send introductory, follow-up, and promotional emails to prospective clients.
 Maintain regular communication with leads through email campaigns and direct correspondence.
 Follow up on enquiries and active business opportunities within required timeframes.

4. Product Knowledge and Client Engagement:




 Develop a sound understanding of relevant college programs, services, admission requirements, and key selling points.
 Clearly communicate product and service perks to prospective clients.
 Respond to client questions accurately and refer complex enquiries to the appropriate team member.

5. Sales Pipeline and CRM Management:
 Record calls, emails, client interactions, and other business development activities.
 Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline information in the CRM system.
 Track lead progress from initial contact through to conversion or closure.

6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
 Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities.
 Prepare reports covering calls made, emails sent, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and client conversions.
 Work towards assigned business development targets and key performance indicators.

 Monday to Friday
 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
