Role Description The Zoho Developer & Associate role is an on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Workplace, Zoho POS, Zoho One and similar products under zoho porfolio to meet client business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing client needs, designing workflows, creating custom fields, automation, and integrations,



as well as testing and deploying solutions. The Zoho Developer & Associate will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and train users to ensure smooth adoption of the systems. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to deliver projects on schedule and continuously enhance the implemented solutions.
Qualifications
• Experience configuring and customizing Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Workplace, Zoho POS, Zoho One) and building workflows, automation, and reports.
• Ability to analyze business processes in Sales, HR, and Finance and translate requirements into structured Zoho system designs.
• Proficiency with basic scripting or programming concepts (e.g., Deluge, APIs, integrations with third-party tools) and data migration methods.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem
