Roles and Responsibilities

• The person selected will be responsible for Data Governance and Data analytics

• Will be responsible for handling critical reports for Senior Leadership Team

• Will do a certain degree of data analysis, identify issues/problem areas, provide recommendations to Leadership.

• Will provide reports for Leadership calls.

• Will be responsible for Success Factor Data Governance, creating demand reports.

• Will be responsible to Monitor end-to-end fulfilment including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfilment opened with sourcing channels.

Requirements:

• Solid Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

• Competent in using MS-Excel & Powerpoint.

• The ability to work with all levels of the organization

• The ability to follow prescribed processes and also take initiative to solve problems creatively, ability to identify and drive process improvements.

• Experience with resource/workforce management and recruiting processes and tools, as well as the IT industry.
