Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller Executive role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to inform potential customers about solar products and services, answer queries, and record customer information accurately. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product benefits, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role also involves maintaining call logs, updating databases,



and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Telecaller Executive is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to engage customers, build rapport quickly, and handle objections confidently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail for accurately recording customer information and requirements.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and manage time effectively.
