Can you turn a good creative into an ad that gets attention, clicks and paying customers?

Azisly.ai is building AI-powered tools that help students and working professionals improve their resumes, prepare for interviews and get closer to their career goals.

We’re looking for someone who understands that performance marketing isn’t just about spending money on ads. It’s about understanding people, testing ideas, finding what works and continuously improving results.

What you’ll work on
1. Paid Ads & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Run experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise spending to improve conversions.

2. Performance Analytics & Optimisation
• Track key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.




• Identify what’s driving results and where budgets are being wasted.
• Analyse the complete funnel, from ad impressions to clicks, sign-ups, trial purchases and paid subscriptions.
• Build simple performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

3. Creative Testing & Growth Experiments
• Work with the content and design team to develop ad creatives, hooks, scripts and offers.
• Understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling ad campaigns.
• Test different messaging for students, freshers and working professionals.
• Identify winning creatives and audiences, then scale campaigns based on data.

4. Tracking & Marketing Tools
• Work with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Understand landing-page performance, attribution and funnel drop-offs.
• Use spreadsheets and AI tools to analyse data, research competitors and improve campaign execution.
