Role Overview
The Founder’s Office plays a key role in ensuring that the organisation’s strategic priorities translate into action and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and functional heads across Finance, Operations, Commercial and other business functions.
You will help drive strategic initiatives, track execution, analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure to business strategy, leadership decision-making and end-to-end project execution in a fast-growing consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Execution
• Break down strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Track progress, follow up with stakeholders and flag delays or execution risks.
• Analyse business metrics and prepare dashboards, reports and insights to support decision-making.
2. Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of business priorities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support process improvement initiatives.
