Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The AutoCAD Trainer will deliver structured classroom and lab-based training sessions, demonstrating AutoCAD tools, workflows, and best practices to students and professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting practical exercises and assessments, and offering one-on-one guidance to support learner progress. The trainer will review student work, provide constructive feedback,



maintain training records, and coordinate with the corporate office to ensure course delivery meets Autodesk and CADCENTER standards. The role also involves staying current with software updates, participating in curriculum improvement, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
• Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD tools, with the ability to teach both basic and advanced features clearly.
• Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, preferably in CAD, engineering, architecture, or design disciplines.
• Ability to create structured lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessment methods aligned with certification standards.
