Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive end-to-end project execution and delivery across complex platform and partner integration initiatives at PhonePe. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision, engineering execution, and external ecosystem partners. You will own complex cross-functional execution, institute project delivery governance, and leverage technical depth to ensure predictable, high-quality, and scalable platform deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• End-to-End Planning: Independently create and maintain end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent projects. Define transparent project-specific KPIs, map complex cross-team dependencies, and construct comprehensive risk-mitigation strategies.
• Execution & Momentum: Drive the execution of multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively filtering daily noise to keep engineering and product teams focused on high-value milestones.
• Dependency & Blocker Resolution:



Actively identify cross-system dependencies and lead the resolution of complex, multi-team execution bottlenecks.
• SDLC & Project Governance
• Process Ownership & Auditability: Own and audit the end-to-end delivery process across the SDLC. Ensure JIRA workflows, Confluence documentation, and BRD/FRD-to-deployment linkages are fully traceable and seamless.
• Quality & Release Readiness: Independently manage release readiness, ensuring all business and technical acceptance criteria are verified prior to deployment.
• Tooling Excellence: Act as a custodian of project management tooling (JIRA/Confluence), maintaining data hygiene and enforcing standardized sprint rituals.
• Technical Acumen & Process Automation
• System Integration: Connect the dots across complex systems, understanding how internal platforms interact with external third-party vendors and partners via APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.
