Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vasai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across performance channels.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to meet defined KPIs. The role involves developing data-driven media plans, conducting A/B tests, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and collaborating closely with design, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. The Performance Marketing Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to broader growth strategies across the agency’s portfolio of brands.
