About the Role
BLive is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic enterprise accounts in the Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, E- commerce, and Last-Mile Logistics sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, key account management, and last-mile logistics, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
 Generate new business by deploying EV fleets and delivery riders for enterprise clients.
 Build and manage relationships with key accounts across Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, E-commerce, and Logistics.




 Conduct regular customer reviews and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
 Acquire new clients in the electric mobility and last-mile logistics space.
 Prepare MIS and analytics on fleet deployment, rider deployment, revenue, and account performance.
 Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
 Resolve customer issues and drive SLA compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile
 6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
 Experience in Last-Mile Logistics, Electric Mobility, Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, or E-commerce is essential.
 MBA/PGDM or Business Management graduate.
 Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship
management skills.
 Proficient in Excel, reporting, and business analytics.
 Willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and on-ground visits.
