Are you an experienced procurement professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills? We are looking for a agile and result-oriented *Purchase Head* to lead our Purchase & Procurement Department.
? Position:Purchase Head
? Location: Ranchi , Jharkhand
? Experience: 8–15 years
? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
✅ Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, electrical items, mechanical components, fabrication materials, and industrial equipment.
✅ Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
✅ Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms to optimize costs.
✅ Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted production.
✅ Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement MIS.
✅ Lead and mentor the purchase team to achieve departmental goals.
