Job Description – HR Recruiter
(Experience in manufacturing or non-IT recruitment is preferred.)

Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary Range : ₹3–4 LPA.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on salary negotiations, offers, and candidate joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Required Skills:
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or non-IT recruitment preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
