Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Maheshwaram, Hyderabad (near RGI Airport). The role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting company projects and services, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. The representative will support marketing campaigns, participate in promotional activities and events, and help maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, coordinating site visits,



preparing basic sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service. The role also requires tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to suggest improvements in sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Comfort working in an on-site, field-oriented setting with regular client meetings and site visits.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Proficiency in common office software and communication tools (MS Suite)
• Relevant diploma or degree in Bus
