Team Size: 6–7 TA Members
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (depending on current CTC, experience and suitability)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate joiners / candidates with up to 30 days’ notice preferred

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Team Lead – Talent Acquisition who can take ownership of our recruitment function and build a strong, reliable and scalable hiring engine for the organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition leadership role.



The person will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters while personally driving critical and senior-level hiring.
The role covers recruitment across plant, corporate functions, sales, projects, technical and non-technical functions. The candidate must understand manufacturing recruitment, from shop-floor and blue-collar hiring to senior management and leadership hiring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. END-TO-END TALENT ACQUISITION

• Own the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requirement to joining and onboarding coordination.
• Handle hiring for blue-collar, grey-collar and white-collar positions.
• Manage recruitment across plant, corporate, sales, projects, engineering, production, quality, SCM, finance, HR and administration.
• Drive hiring from trainee and executive levels to Manager, HOD, CXO and leadership positions.
• Ensure recruitment timelines, quality of hiring and joining ratios are consistently achieved.
