Position Description:
As the Manager of Market Research & Client Partnerships, you will lead the design and execution of custom market research studies across a range of industries, while serving as a strategic partner to clients.
This role combines research leadership, client relationship ownership, and business growth, with a strong emphasis on driving repeat business and long-term partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions across diverse markets.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending research designs and methodologies that best address key business questions
· Own and grow client relationships, with a primary focus on driving repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
· Identify and lead opportunities to expand existing client engagements through value-added research and strategic consulting
· Support recent business development efforts, including contributing to proposals and scoping,



with a secondary focus compared to client retention
· Oversee the development of client deliverables, including PowerPoint reports and Excel-based simulators, ensuring strategic clarity and quality
· Lead and mentor research teams in the development of study materials and execution of projects
· Provide high-level oversight of project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
· Communicate key project updates (timelines, field status, risks) and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
· Collaborate with and oversee external vendors for recruitment, logistics, survey programming, and data processing
· Ensure rigorous quality control standards across all deliverables and outputs.

Requirements:
. 5–8+ years of experience in market research, consulting, or related field, with increasing responsibility
· Proven ability to manage and grow client relation
