We are looking for an experienced Financial Structuring Manager to lead
structured finance, securitisation, syndication, PTC and co-lending transactions and
support the company's overall funding and capital strategy.
Role Overview
The Financial Structuring Manager will be responsible for designing, structuring and
executing various debt and structured finance transactions, including securitisation,
PTC transactions, co-lending structures, loan syndication and other structured
funding solutions.




The role will involve working closely with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions,
investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal advisors and internal business/finance
teams to develop innovative funding structures and ensure timely execution of
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Structuring & Transaction Execution
 Design and execute structured finance transactions aligned with the
company's funding requirements and portfolio characteristics.
 Develop transaction structures involving securitisation, PTCs, co-lending,
direct assignment and other structured lending arrangements.
 Evaluate different funding structures based on cost, risk, regulatory
requirements and commercial viability.
 Prepare detailed financial models, transaction structures, cash-flow waterfalls
and scenario analyses.

 Lead transactions from initial structuring through negotiation, documentation,
closure and post-transaction monitoring.
