Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Photon is looking for passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiters with 3 to 10 years of experience in IT hiring to join our growing talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Engineering, Cloud, Web, and Mobile technologies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, Employee Referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to close niche and volume hiring requirements.
• Drive hiring campaigns and walk-in recruitment initiatives.
• Handle candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.




• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining process compliance.

Eligibility
✅ 3-10 years of technical recruitment experience
✅ Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in IT hiring across Digital, Cloud, Web, and Mobile technologies
✅ MBA in HR preferred
✅ Immediate joiners only
